Free Catalina 22 in Berkeley CA Marina

hi all -- hope this doesn't violate sub rules or anything, but I'd like to give my Catalina 22 to someone who needs it. I don't use it often enough to keep it around and it'd be best if someone who understands what they're doing has it. Its registration has been renewed and should be good until 2025. Comes with a (used) 4 stroke gasoline motor, but the (brand new) engine mount is not at the right height; needs to be lowered, or if you can find a swap the motor for one with a longer shaft, that'd work better Has a jib, genoa and spare mainsail Currently has about an inch of standing water inside that we'd have to work to bail out. Last service was about 18 months ago -- got new paint, depth gauge, shore electricity inverter Port side stern cleat is loose, probably from last winter's storms. Traveler probably needs to be reviewed, but I don't think there's major damage. DM me if you're interested. I figure I'd try this sub before calling kars for kids or whatever.
