What would you do if diagnosed with a terminal illness? Let’s say you have terminal cancer, approximately 1 year to live, how would you spend the remaining time alive?

Unfortunately you would probably spend most of that time very ill unable to do much at all. Realistically the most you can do is put your affairs in order and let your friends and family know how much you love them. My brother in law has terminal brain cancer he has about 5 years to live (10 if he is lucky) but he is in constant pain and in and out of hospices. He is hoping just to get a few more years of seeing his daughter grow up. She's 7 now and and he has been ill for most of her life.

Still ill but still alive. Not much quality of life he can't leave his house and spends most of his time either on the sofa or in bed heavily medicated but he is seeing his daughter grow up and there are good days mixed in with the bad ones. He and his fiance got married a few months ago at home. the celebrant came to their house and my niece was a bridesmaid which was lovely. She chose her own outfit and chose to go as Belle from Beauty and the Beast. It was a beautiful day.
