Does anyone watch teleshopping?

I've always assumed teleshopping was more of a US thing, but seeing FilmFour has it scheduled from 8am to 12, I wondered if it's more popular than I thought. Has anyone ever bought a genuine bargain, or it's it mainly stuff that used to fill the pages of Innovations magazine?

If you mean channels like QVC, then lots and lots of people watch and buy.....source: my job (high street bank call-centre). The real question is, what do they buy, and what do they do with it...their cupboards must be stuffed with gadgets!

I’m sure I saw a documentary about this. A good chunk of their business seems to come from compulsive buyers, who can probably ill afford their useless purchases and rack up credit card debt to satisfy their compulsion. Quite sad really.
