Roehl Relaunch Program?

So I was thinking I may need a refresher program because it's been a year since I drove anything more complex than a Budget van. Found out about the Relaunch program; is it any good? Is it paid training, what expenses would I maybe have to cover, etc. Also, how is Roehl for female truckers? I'd be interested in dry van side of things.

Honestly not too sure what to expect in the relaunch program. I'd recommend just calling up a recruiter. As for how it is for female truckers, I'd say they're very female-friendly. Seen many that are happy with the job. Though I do gotta ask: Why Roehl? I currently work with them and pay isn't that great and I'm not exactly getting the miles I was expecting. Even with 1 year of experience I'd only be getting the starting rate that other companies offer according to the pay scale they have.

This is just me getting a feel for the company. My old company is willing to do rehire but if I need a refresher course, I have to pay out of pocket and I just don't have the cash for it. Plus, I have a cat, so any company I eventually join will need to be cat friendly. We're a package deal.
