What low key ways do you notice you are getting old?

While my beard starts to turn noticeably grey, and with an ever growing bald (good boy) spot, I've realised a couple of things recently that I'd never have done or said before: 1. Went from calling folk "sir" to "son" 2. Telling my kids what shops used to be in which units as we drive through town 3. Was excited to get the slippers out for autumn What else should I be aware of so I don't get too old, too soon?
