These Pilots Were Sued For Quitting. They Say It Was Dangerous To Stay.

This is honestly frightening and quite frankly unacceptable. There is absolutely no room in this industry for management to ever pressure pilots to fly in conditions that are unsafe. Density altitude and ice are killers. A similar issue is currently going on at Key Lime Air. Kinda makes me glad I’m a CFI at a school where the management and flight department is 100% behind there instructors and there number one priority is safety. Don’t sign training contracts. Don’t work for someone who will put your life in danger. Everyone who has a pilot’s certificate (no matter what level) has put too much time and money into chasing their dream to be disrespected and pressured into doing illegal and unsafe things.
