Hi there, I am now working under a hourly rate on some project based clerical stuff (no routine work). As long as I can finish erverything on time, and did not miss any communications, can I actually take as much sickleave as I want without any guilt?
apart from the accural annual leave be gained from that 1-2 days sick leave, I can't think of anything that my company would lost.
