Does anybody have a 3d print file for the SRO battery cap tool?

I'm not good with cad or else I would make this myself and 3d print it. Been looking for a while and figured I'd ask!

Hi, I am looking for the file to print the tool. I don’t see your link. Would you mind posting it? I d really appreciate it.

I know right!

You keep on calling it an sro battery cap tool... it's called a flat head screwdriver. Or a dime.

Ya technically a flathead. I didn't have any decent sized ones laying around or change. Had to use the impromptu flathead on my tool on my keys and it was a bit weird.
This tool that I printed certainly made the job mug easier.
Just fyi, Trijicon literally makes a tool specifically for this. Probably because it makes it easier for people and it's a common thing: https://www.trijicon.com/products/details/ac30007

Instead of looking for a model you could have been learning how to model.

I definitely hear you. Another commenter suggested a place to learn how to model

I would strongly recommend learning with a more standard program. Fusion 360 being the go-to these days.
To me it's a lot simpler to work with 2d drawings than manipulating preset 3d shapes.

Appreciate it! I'll check it out as well

It's where I learned how to model. Much more user friendly for basic shape manipulation.
Add a cheap pair of "good enough" calipers and a good bit of time and you can model any number of functional objects.

So just a pair of calipers? Anything else you think I would need to make this?

Perfect! Thank you very much!
