UniUni drivers are thieves! My first order sent by Uni Uni never showed up even though it said delivered so Teemu sent me a replacement order. Second one said delivered surprise never showed up! What’s the deal with this company? Are they a scam or are they just thieves?

This are scam most new generation Chinese company playing on innocent Americans. I have been a victim too, they lied the never send anything to you. Those tracking numbers and system are fake

I love Temu. I have bought A LOT of stuff from them. They have a great return system. You can contact them by phone. Stuff be Walmart quality.
Huge-Meeting-95@reddit
Temu is legit ASF. Always got everything I ordered and I've been refunded and told to keep my items multiple times. The 3rd party delivery drivers are the thieves and scammers. Anything happens to your package, Temu will make right and compensate. Temu also has 90 day return window. No reasons needed. Temu poops all over Amazons over priced market.
Substantial_Bar_8476@reddit
I got all my packages from Temu. Just not the one from when they used DHL and they refunded me right away.
Slight-Ad6914@reddit
I agree, I've been getting all my packs from Temu, with no issue, but the 1st time I even heard of this company, I didn't receive my package, my neighbors are all old people, and no one steals, so YES, the 1st thing I felt was the driver was faulty. I deeply agree with you, a sad, sorry, and pathetic company this UNI, UNI is.

For anyone who is curious about their "Dallas" location i found this from a job application online. This is definitely their warehouse in Carrollton. If your package was stolen i suggest you collect all the evidence you can about the delivery then contact the Carrollton police department and give them this address seeing as this company is stealing packages im 99.9% sure that the police can investigate the company if they get enough complaints. The address is: 1401 Dunn Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006
sajouhk@reddit
Temu likes to steal artists designs and profit from them. So not surprising if they allegedly stole from you.
Shippyweed2u@reddit
That's China as a whole
Hetotope@reddit
If you're ordering from Temu thinking you're getting quality then you'd love this extended car warranty.
msspecial1@reddit (OP)
I know it’s cheap stuff. Items were not for me but for kids that wanted the things, besides, that’s not the point. The drivers are apparently thieves. Read the reviews! I found out after the fact.
Shippyweed2u@reddit
Lol so old but for some reason CCP propaganda machine reddit hates Temu for some reason, then have tik-tok and whatnot installed and all the other Chinese investor backed companies. Aliexpress sometimes is cheaper, but I have placed orders with Temu for certain things due to pricing and shipping time, I have an old google pixel with graphene OS and use a cashapp card or through one of the third party methods though. Especially I'm this economy do not be shamed by redditors ( these are not the scholars and PhDs they claim) to overpay for Chinese goods on amazon instead
arlenroy@reddit
This is the first I'm hearing of UniUni? So if you order stuff it's not shipped or it's not a regular carrier?
fernandoinaz@reddit
I received a package that I didn't order and it has my name on it. So weird!

I just filed report with alixpress and uniuni.
Asian guy pulled up in mini van. Im upstairs watching. He walked to the house. Takes pics pf the package And i start walking downstairs When i got outside. He was already gone. I look everywhere. No package.
10 mins later i get email saying package delivered with pics he took attached.
Called uniuni. Filed stolen package report Contacted alixpress. They refunded me immediately. Like 2 second after i filed report for refund.
Uniuni say they will contact me within 48 hours.
I got my refund from alixpress. I hope that driver gets fired.
Package was 2 iphone cases worth 8$ lol wow.

I am a courier of 8 years and worked one day for this company. Every other driver at my San Diego location was an illegal immigrant. One guy only spoke Spanish and the other Chinese. They are hired as independent contractors and there is no professional screening process for hiring. They are so unorganized at this company and no one there cares. They lie and have yet to even pay me for my work. Extremely unprofessional, so it does not surprise me that the illegals they have working for them steal packages. They wouldn't know it if I stole packages from them. They are that bad. I would never steal your package but I have standards as a driver and independent contractor. I also did not work more than one day for them with all the red flags. They are petty liars and thieves. They owe me for my services and haven't paid me a penny. To have to sue a company for 104 dollars is very petty... they promise pay of 2 dollars per package which is not at all worth anyone's time but then also quoted me 1.70 per package and 1.80. So who knows what they do pay when they do. I just know I would never drive for them again. But I also would never order from Temu. Both companies I have worked for that deliver for Temu either failed to pay me like UniUni or failed to pay on time and I had to get the owner of the company to finally pay me.

That’s been my recent experience with Uni. They moved into the Portland Oregon area and ramped it up pretty quickly a couple of months ago. They were given a 70 million dollar private cash infusion 4 weeks after they started in Portland. As soon as they got the money they started pulling back. In 8 weeks they went from 3 drivers to 20 and now are down to 4 or 5. It was a scam to get the investors to invest more. It’s a completely predatory company to take advantage of the workers they hire
furious_meerkat@reddit
Yes they are scam and scum. My order from Bobovr was out for delivery for 5 days after which they lost my package. Calling them started a BS investigation that led nowhere. They are pieces of shit and scumbags, they should be avoided.
DesignerSpread4318@reddit
TEMU has my account flagged to only use USPS, UPS or FedEx
Huge-Meeting-95@reddit
But when you buy from a place like Temu, you can avoid the thieves. Bc Temu sometimes hires 3rd party drivers. Which is out of your hands. Usually ships they USPS or UPS but sometimes it's thru 3rd party delivery and those are the ppl stealing or scamming. There's nothing the buyer can do. So it can't be avoided my friend.
Chile504@reddit
I just received my orders from them last week with no problem and I'm in an apartment complex. Not sure what's going on. Hope you get your stuff.
msspecial1@reddit (OP)
Thank you. My first order said delivered and I never received it. I called customer service and they sent 2 photos of someone holding my package in front of my apartments parcel lockers, I called the parcel lockers office and was told UniUni does not have a contract with the Parcel lockers. When I called back UniUni customer service back. I let them know what the Parcel lockers company told me. Luckily, they refunded my money. So I reordered from Temu and again, it says “delivered” and I never received my package. UniUni knew the delivery driver did not leave my package in the lockers. BUSTED! I hope he/she was fired. I will be calling them back tomorrow morning. Today was a holiday so they were closed today…. Can’t wait to hear what they’re excuse is tomorrow….
Huge-Meeting-95@reddit
I order from Temu all the time on a regular basis. And only 1 time a driver delivered to wrong address but I got refunded by Temu and a 20$ off coupon. 95% of my packages get delivered by USPS or UPS. Rarely 3rd party like UniUni ever does deliveries here in Milwaukee.
Minute-Trouble4825@reddit
What ended up happening, I ordered from temu and have uniuni delivering it.
AnxiousYetAmbitious@reddit
How did the UniUni delivery go for you?
Minute-Trouble4825@reddit
Perfectly delivered. Didn't hear or see them but package was delivered to front door step.
AnxiousYetAmbitious@reddit
Thank god!
Waiting on a UniUni package today. If they arrive w/o any notification to my apartment building, someone gon steal that package :(
Minute-Trouble4825@reddit
I know the feeling, unfortunately uniuni doest have a proper notification. Stay alert, keep an eye out
AnxiousYetAmbitious@reddit
Damn it!!
Thank you! I'll go down every hour to check. Maybe every 30 minutes, lol!
Substantial_Bar_8476@reddit
I love who delivers my packages from uni uni there a little old Chinese couple and they always make sure I get it. But some drivers are horrible. The guy that does my sisters area said she can wait until he wanted to deliver it when she talked to him.
bleu_flame@reddit
Isn’t Temu the company that released the Pinduoduo app containing phone malware? And since it’s a Chinese company, they legally have to give all the data they collect to the CCP.
I’d cut my losses and order from someone else. Something about that company is suspicious

Happy Cake Day
Bulky-Wish6728@reddit
I ordered kojic soup from Temu, that was supposed to come with 2 but I only received 1 and the one that was left came opened as if someone was looking through what I bought
xyvyx@reddit
I ordered an expensive flashlight recently and they used "YunExpress"... later got a txt confirmation of delivery from UniUni. In-transit, there were a couple "we couldn't deliver", sending back to warehouse (what!? no!!) then re-attempting /out for delivery messages. Then nothing for a few more days.
I was told the carrier spoke -zero- English. I have to imagine that navigating around a large city w/o being able to understand the language is difficult... I guess whatever mapping / tracking app they're using is guiding them everywhere... but still.
ComplexAcceptable360@reddit
Wait so did you get your flashlight in the end?
xyvyx@reddit
Yup.. it was a bit late, but it showed up just fine!
ComplexAcceptable360@reddit
Looks like mine was returned to sender "undeliverable" (they never attempted and never replied to my email) so that's a bummer.
Safe_School_8646@reddit
And they threw my pkg twice by my front gate on the sidewalk insteD of bringing inside gate..
No_Lingonberry_1165@reddit
never heard of it, but would not trust it!
