Is “Ingerland” and acceptable pronunciation of England?

I see here the classic reddit response for the semi-illiterate which have no better response than to say 'are you OK?' We see that you were socially and economically deprived as a child and your level of educational achievement is low. It also seems likely that your parents - or your older siblings - sexually abused you. You feel moved to object to my comments yet have nothing more creative to offer than your copy-and-paste response. Why don't you try to come back with something better than what I've written above?
