I'd tell them they can pay me a 300$ docking fee, or they can do street unloading with a chain and fork lift.

I try, docks like this shouldn't even be eligible to accept sleepers with 53s. Day cabs and 48s, sure... But not otr drivers. Can it be docked, absolutely.. I've done dozens of docks like this, refused even more. It's not worth my time to risk damaging my equipment or wasting previous on duty time for their unacceptable losing site.
