How does one politely tell one's mother-in-law to F off?

I'm not from the UK, but everyone else in my life is, so I need some help to navigate this. We bought a house and *finally* moved away from my in-laws' town. My well-meaning mother-in-law has now taken it upon herself to "help us". She bombards us with ideas for our house (that we do not like), buys us home decorations (that are horrible), and constantly tries to manage our life for us as if we're kids ("have you gotten a dentist yet", "I have already found your nearest tip for you, here's the address", "my friend from your city says that you can ask the council about this and that" etc). I like her well enough, but this is overbearing and annoying AF. How do I politely let her know to back off and let us live our own lives? We're in our thirties ffs.
