Would you run with 120 psi in tires?

So my company wants us running 120 psi in the tires, and will royally lay into anyone who enters the yard with the tires not at 120 psi. Every year during the summer they have issues with drivers blowing tires during the summer months. At my last company I pulled the same kind of trailer for over a year, running 70 mph everywhere even at 95k+ lbs. Never once blew a tire while doing it. The only real difference is that I was running the tires at 100 psi, not 120 this company wants.
