Microsoft phone activation with Skype

Dear Redditors, I would like to inquire if any of you have information on how to call the Microsoft activation service through Skype. Most of the GETCID websites are no longer operational. (Do you happen to know anything about this?) However, I can't make calls through Skype anymore because when I dial +18664217141, I receive the message "Contact blocked by Skype." Do you happen to know of any alternative solutions or phone numbers I could call? Or perhaps a functioning GETCID website? Thank you for your responses!

I could be wrong, but I thought that number was toll free. If so, why wouldn’t you just use your mobile?

Because I do not have an US phone number, than this is not toll free for me. The Microsoft have local numbers, but they are not robots, they are humans. I just want to call and "play" with a robot and not a human. :)

What country are you in? The activation line for the U.K. is free phone and also managed by a DTMF activation system.

I was using Skype few years back to call uk toll free activation but now skype saying call blocked....how to call toll-free now? I am not local from uk
