Is there a way to permanently disable sound in the Windows Photos "app"

So I have to look through a bunch of pictures and there are mp4 files with super loud music / audio playing. When I search through with photos it plays them too but I cannot find how to disable the audio. All I find is "HoW tO rEmOvE aUdIo FrOm A vIdEo". So super hard to find what I need. :/ Also muting it in the volume mixer is just temporary until the next folder / time I open photos. Any ideas?
