Device Instance ID

Hello, I'm trying to find the device instance id for a usb stick so that I can exclude it from a rule, only problem is that I can't seem to find any value that actually works. When I google this, all I see is to go to Device Manager > The device > Properties > Details > Device Instance Path, and that will give the ID, however, that value doesn't seem to work(Nor any of the other options, I've tried all the ones that look like they'd work). It seems to change when I plug it into other computers and also when I unplug it and plug it back it. Also, non of those values work when I place them in as an exception to the rule. ​ Is there something that I'm missing? Maybe I need to edit it, or remove a part of the value for it to work? Also, the exception directly asks for a Device Instance ID, so not sure if another unique identifier would work here.
