Where do you guys book package holidays?

I find so many cheap package from Germany to many destinations, which includes airport transportation, all inclusive hotel, check in baggage for airport etc. But i cant find any providers in the UK who do these type of deals. When i do find them, they are usually not worth it as it would be cheaper to book everything independently.
