Where can I get Ulster Fry (not that kind)?

When I were a lad, visiting my grandparents up on Merseyside, we had something as part of breakfast that appears to pretty much not exist online.
Ulster Fry. Imagine a lorne sausage, but with rounder corners. Composition something along the lines of what you'd find in a can of bacon grill. Came in slices from the butcher, wrapped in thin plastic that you peeled off, then into the frying pan.
I've found a commercial seller with a picture online that confirms I'm not having A Brain Thing, I know it exists:
