Does my energy company owe me money? They are saying they don't.

I recieved a bill on 3rd august which stated. Between the period of 3rd february to 3rd august You paid us £588 Your charges for this period £364 Refunds £134 You are now £89 in credit. So for me.there's still £134 floating about somewhere that's not my bank account.
