How on earth do you keep up with the Premier League these days?

Honestly for the country where all the football actually happens it feels borderline impossible to actually watch it here. West Ham are playing the next three weekends in a row, but they're during the "football blackout" so I can't see them on TV and it goes without saying that I can't afford to go to the stadium three weekends in a row. I got a Now TV account but I can only watch the games live (and again, not if the games take place during the no-football-on-tv hours), kind of seems like there's no point in paying then, if I wanted to see the games live only I could just go to the pub. Am I missing something or is it actually easier to follow a premier league team from outside the country these days?
