How to clear my driving violation off my TX licence.

I have a TX driving licence and last year I got a speeding ticket during Xmas in New Mexico. Who thought ppl would be working on Xmas. Anyway my insurence policy shot up the roof now.
I heard I can do a defensive driving course and get my records cleared. But I am confused at the part I need to get courts permission and submit the forms to them. How do you do it.
Appreciate if anyone gone through the same could help me.

Reach out to the county court where you were given the ticket, there should be a number on the ticket, call them and let them you know you'd like to not get any points on your license, they will give you options such as defensive driving, once you finish the course, the rep at the court will let you know how to submit the documentation.

I'm so happy that every review in the comments about deepdarkwebcracker411@gmail.com turned out to be true. I want to thank Mr Adrain for their help and expertise in getting my driving records cleared. They're the best and most reliable

Last yr? And you didn't ask for court date and online class option?

It was my first time ever getting a ticket, and I been driving 22 years..so didn't really know what I was suppose to do.

Dis they not explain you your options? Also, the citation should have your rights listed on the back. You don't simply pay the ticket if you don't want your insurance skyrocketing.

Doesn't matter first time or second time. You simply paid and agreed. You can try to call lawyer who deals with speeding. Nothing you can do court side. Maybe they judge will accept defensive court. But do one anyways online and give certificate to your agent. Maybe it will lower the rate. Call your agent and ask if I do course will it lower my rate?
Next time first time you so is call court.

If you pled guilty and paid the citation then you can't clear it. It is in your driving record. It will take 3 to 5 years to drop depending on your insurance provider.

Have you talked to your insurance company? I'm assuming you already paid the ticket.

Yes, I already paid the ticket. And insurance company said the high premium is due to your speeding violations.
