Do you give your children pocket money?

It’s the cost of living for parents which only makes this difficult for most. How much if any, how old and how often?

I have two girls 3 & 6, i find its pointless giving them pocket money because we spend alot of our money on them anyway, but every now and then if they do somthing to earn it, we put 10 in both of they’re money pots!

She's all grown now but she never got any. I never had any to give. Occasionally, if she asked for something I'd see if I could but it was rare I had it. Sometimes I didn't even have bus fare.

He's 4 , I'd be worried that he'd eat it .

No. He's 8 months old. I don't think it would be responsible.

My 14 year old gets £20 a week.... he's helps around the house a lot. He doesn't spend it though- it gets transferred into his account so he can save it - his idea!

Well it'd be weird to give it to other people's kids
