Why are there no trains available on Sunday August 9th?

I wanted to buy train tickets to travel on August 9th between Bath and York, but there are no tickets, not via any route.
>**Tickets for Sunday 9 August**
The LNER timetable for Sunday 9 August is currently being finalised before tickets for this date can be released. We recommend checking back regularly for the latest updates. And there is also no way to get an alert when the tickets go on sale - it says tickets on that date are already for sale.
Is there a reason why no tickets are scheduled yet? Thank you in advance. I am not from the UK and I don't know of the local events that may affect travel on that date, I am planning a trip because I enjoyed my last visit in 2016 and I would like to see more of the country.
