HOLY F*** BOYS, I GOT THE FIREBALL MOTHERLOAD!!!
Well, actually it’s Canada’s equivalent, Crown Royal, but wow, the smell was strong when I opened the doors to back up to the dock. It really clears out the sinuses.

I've picked up from a barrel warehouse in Lousiville a couple of times. Everytime i walk in there, it smells amazing but it feels like i would blow a .02 by the time i walked out. 😆

Sounds like “contact buzz”, but for booze instead of weed.

I’d use atleast 2 logistics bars to properly secure this
View on Reddit #87663498

Psychological_Ad_963@reddit

You cannot use bars properly in a dry van. They don't hold

I’m taking about e track bars, ones that attach to where straps go. Depends on the trailer. The trlers that Schneider used no but the carrier i am with now yes. The walls are not flimsy so the friction bars work just fine.

I was checking the comments to see if someone had already pointed this out. I'm glad I'm not the only one who knew this, but it's disappointing how many comments I had to go through before finding yours

Well I own a liquor store so that's how I know and a few of my customers assumed it's a cinnamon flavored Bourbon or Tennessee whiskey since it's mentioned in some country songs, lol.

I used to bring in semi-loads of whiskey and wine barrels. Whiskey barrels from Kentucky and wine barrels from Napa valley. Weird fact.. you can fit 288 whiskey barrels in a standard trailer or 244 wine barrels. And yes.. my warehouse smelled amazing.
View on Reddit #87664691

RainierCamino@reddit

Fuck makes me think of Yakima, WA. Whole valley smells like hops and wine. If I lived there I'd die of alcoholism. Or be the angriest sober guy ever haha

View on Reddit #87756372

Used to do linehaul for a brewery. They pretty frequently did collaborations with local distilleries here in Oregon, so I’d haul a truck of wine or whiskey barrels to use for aging beer. Then they’d take the barrels back and use them for some fun booze flavors. Circle of life. Best part was uh, bringing them “sample packs” of our beer and getting their “sample packs” in return.
View on Reddit #87756354

DeeDee_Z@reddit

> you can fit 288 whiskey barrels in a standard trailer or 244 wine barrels. 42gal *vs.* 55 gal barrels? thing is, though, I thought whiskey barrels were the larger size, so a truck would hold fewer of them...
View on Reddit #87666079

Lazy_Rhubarb716@reddit

Wine barrels are larger than whiskey barrels. Wine is usually 59 and whiskey is 53 gallons.
View on Reddit #87666227

OMW@reddit

That’s kind of a neat coincidenceI I just now realized from reading your post that the words “Wine is 50nine, Whiskey is 50three” rhymes which makes it relatively easy to memorize the gallons per barrel conversion factor for those two liquids. Oil doesn’t rhyme with forty two, but since 42 is the answer to “the meaning of life, the universe, and everything” (for the US economy at least) thats how I remember the number to convert barrels of crude to gallons. {if you’re better at remembering by weights, 1 barrel of crude weighs about 300 lbs)

mother lode "important vein of an ore or mineral in rock," 1849, from mother (n.1) + lode (n.); said to be a translation of Mexican Spanish veta madre, a name given to rich silver veins. The American use is first in reference to a conspicuous vein of quartz rich in gold discovered during the gold rush in the Sierra Nevada of California. The colloquial or figurative sense of "richest source of something" is by 1916.

Once I saw this I thought Ky. Especially Brown Forman in Louisville. Then I saw it was Canada. Those barrels can be soaked with water and you get more whiskey. Diluted of course but will still get you drunk. Don’t ask me how I know.
