How many people actually know what’s in their employment contract?

Bit of a random question.
I was talking to my wife and realised neither of us actually knew some of the details in our employment contracts without going back and checking.
For example:
• What’s your notice period?
• Do you lose your bonus if you resign?
• Do you have a non-compete clause?
I’m curious, without checking your contract, how many of these could you answer confidently?
Or are you like us and would need to go digging through the paperwork?
