I did find a Bonanza on the flight radar. But I think it was the Learjet. The tail comes closest to what I thought I saw. Still, thank you!

Several actually. Some Italians fly F-104s for research purposes, some are privately owned, and some are historically preserved by societies keeping them airworthy. There's not a lot of them, but more than you would've thought. OP probably didn't spot a Starfighter tho.

Gulfstream two doesn’t have tip tanks and is not particularly small. But the L35 is both of those things.

Are you sure that the tail wasn't just the angle playing a trick on you? A T-tail looks weird like that from some angles. The long things on the wings could be tip tanks. I think that's it! Yes, the tail could absolutely this shape. It was flying really low, but like I said, I was driving, so I couldn't really look at it. I did not know tip tanks existed at all, to be honest. I saw it just a few minutes before I posted and it flew over the black forest. But I am kinda bad at directions... I think it flew west. Thank you for the help!!

Fun fact: you can only fill about 50 gallons per tip tank if you’re doing it solo. You have to alternate back and forth. Otherwise, it can tip over. (I think it’s actually 100/side) Also, the Lear 35 needs an external power source (GPU)

Exactly this, it was most likely a GFD Lear 31/35, they are operating a bunch of these for Target Display in Germany and for other NATO members. Pretty cool sketch from OP!

there's no conventional plane with a tail remotely like that unless the perspective was confusing and you're seeing the horizontal and vertical stabilizers as one thing. otherwise maybe some eVTOL of some sort
