New Lancia Gamma revealed

no offence but uh, so what? what do you expect? the brand that historically makes normal cars makes a normal car? the last independent "real lancia" went out of production in 1974. they've been doing parts bin cars for 50 years. would you rather than let the brand sit forever, or rejuvenate it and bring it out again with the chance of something cool coming out of it? there's no point bringing back any of the cool aspects of the brand if there's nothing to sell. the lancia rally program was always marketing, and is goin to be marketing again. so yeah, they're going to inevitably roll out some products to sell. products like cars in popular segments. it doesnt really matter per say, lancia and HF are just badges and im not overly sentimental, but personally i've enjoyed seeing the rally2s out on the stages again. rather than completely shelved. maybe eventually down the line they'll make a cool limited production road car and suddenly everyone is on board.
