Need help identifying e-bike models please.

I am aware this is a bit of stretch, but I thought it would be worth a shot. I am researching e-bike models for my nephews (ages 12 and 9). I believe the blue one is a Tuttio, while the white is an Electric Ride Co. brand. I am looking to identify the model from the attached picture. Specifically, I am looking for whatever details or references I can get about motor size, which I understand affects class rating (e.g. Class 1, 2, or 3). Any help is appreciated.

Those are both dirtbikes, the only way your nephews should be riding them is on OHV trails with adult supervision.

That's why I am asking. Trying to educate myself since the last time I rode a bike, it said "Huffy" on the frame. Please tell me what I don't know.

Do not let a 12 and 9yr old ride theses. That way to much power for them and think about if they get into an accident that's gonna make things even more worse.

Kids 9 and 12 do not need e-bikes. A huffy would be a fine choice for them. Even as a fairly chubby kid, I could bike all day on a bike when I was that age.

These are not ebikes but emotos.. see how they dont have pedals and have pegs instead?
A lot of cities are cracking down on these style of bikes so be very. Careful or youll end up on the news being arrested
That being said. You got side photos of the other bike or just this photo?
