Heyho, since the prices for new hardware wont get any better in the next years im thinking about getting a whole new setup while its kind of affordable.
Thing is, im completely lost if its about hardware and im not sure if an update would be worth with my current specs.
I primarily game and would like to stream more.
My current specs are:
GPU: RTX 3070ti
CPU: i5-12600k
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Board: PRO Z690-A DDR4
Storage: 970 EVO plus
------
Specs im looking at:
GPU: RTX 5070 PRIME OC
CPU: Ryzen 5 9600X (maybe even smth better)
RAM: Kingston FURY DIMM 32 GB DDR5-6000
Board: TUF GAMING B850M-E WIFI
Storage: NV3 1 TB + my old one
Would be around 2000€ atm as a whole build. You guys think its worth or shouldi wait for maybe 2 more years?

buy another 16GB RAM and the RTX 5070, 12600K is fine

Get 32gb DDR4 kit and a 12900k or 14700k with an AIO for cooling and spend the rest on the GPU.
That's what I'd do, personally. Save as much on the CPU upgrade and put everything else into the GPU. CPU prices are fairly stable, but DDR5 and GPUs are constantly rising.

No need to move on to AM5. The 12600K is still a very capable CPU and you always upgrade to 14600K or the 14900K to maximize your DDR4 RAM. You could upgrade your GPU though, to something like a RX 9070 16GB/RX 9070 XT 16GB for 600-700 Euros.
Also get a second set of 16GB DDR4 RAM and enjoy your PC for a lot longer.
