Im look for a good pc for gaming and streaming

Budget around 1,500 usd maybe more on the lower end if possible
I would like the case to be white and have rgb's in the case where i can change the colors
If possible could you guys recommend me some good keyboard and mouses (price of the keyboard and mouse doesn't go to the budget for the pc)
Could you guys please make sure im not getting like ripped off or anything since this is my first ever gaming pc or pc in general
I would like for the pc to run smoothly on games like fortnite cs2 valorant and just any game in general to be honest please and thank you!

Why a 7700X?
Even a 7500F can easily push out more than 200FPS in valo or fortnite

extra 2 cores for streaming/recording. Given its only about $40 more than my normal 9600x recommendation makes sense to boost the multicore performance.

There is always the argument for the 7800x3d, but that would raise the price by over $100. If it was my build I would probably go that route, but while keeping it at $1500 this would be the best you could do.
