Fiat 500 Issues- Can anyone help diagnose?

Hi all,
My fiancé's Fiat 500 seems to have an issue. Below is what she has tried to summarise the issues as, in addition to recent work done.
Just had a new clutch and brakes discs and pads.
After driving for a while, my car makes a purring noise and the whole car shakes when in 1st gear/stationary. It really struggles to speed up/gain speed but is then fine in higher gears. My revs go up when it's shaking and it also stalled earlier today.
I have been in the car with her at one point and the car does shake a great deal as described. Originally seemed to happen after car had been driven, stopped then restarted not long after.
Any advice would be great.
As stated clutch has been recently replaced. Car is a 2014 plate.

The fact that it shakes, struggles to accelerate, and even stalled would make me think something more than just a clutch issue is going on. I've seen cars with misfires act very similar, especially once they're warmed up. I'd be curious if there are any check engine lights or codes stored.

There was an engine warning light showing prior to clutch change. Was a circuit issue according to OBD reader.

That makes it even more interesting if there was already an engine warning light before the clutch work. Do you remember what code the OBD reader showed? The shaking, stalling, and lack of power sound more like an engine issue than something caused by the new clutch.

Engine warning light came back when she drove home just now.
Here is the code - P0132. O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1

Update - engine will now only run for minute or 2 maximum before it stalls. No power in 1st gear. Engine shaking much more violently than before

It might need new coil packs.
