OBGYN recommendations who are comfortable delivering twins via vaginal birth?

Seeking OBGYN recs specifically for OBs who are comfortable delivering twins via vaginal birth. My current OBGYN originally said she is comfortable as long as both are head down but after speaking to my MFM, I learned the standard of care is for only baby A to be head down - baby B can be breech so I want to find a new OB. Thanks in advance!!

No doctor advice because I am doing a scheduled c-section for my twins but I just wanted to let you know that Plano has a mothers of multiples group that is super welcoming and does tons of different activities! We would love to have you join us! ☺️ Plano Area Mother’s of Multiples!

My twins are about to be 13, so it’s been awhile, but Dr. Charles Downey at Methodist Health of Richardson said he would do a vaginal birth if baby A was head down and baby B was breech. I ended up with a c section (baby A was breech) but he did a good job at that, at least according to the doc who did my next c section many years later. It looks like he’s still there and practicing

I love Dr. Downey!

Agree! I don't have twins but know he is very supportive of vbacs and will give you actual data based on your risk factors. I chose a csection based on my circumstances but he told me I could try pushing first. I know several people who also had a great experience with him.
