Airbnb caretaker in his 20s won't stop disturbing me — can I get a refund for remaining days?

I'm currently staying at an Airbnb in the Philippines on a 28-day discounted rate. The main issue is the caretaker who is in his 20s and has been making my stay unbearable:`

- Constantly plays loud TikTok videos at all hours`

- Has loud video calls with his girlfriend disrupting the peace`

- Makes persistent unwanted eye contact which makes me uncomfortable`

- His behavior has been consistently disrupting my sleep affecting my health and daily routine`

I already messaged the host through the Airbnb app about the caretaker's behavior and nothing has been done. I have written evidence of my complaints.`

My main questions:`

Can I get a refund for my remaining days?`
Will Airbnb price match a relocation given I'm on a long stay discounted rate?`
Has anyone successfully gotten a full vs partial refund in a similar situation?`

Any advice from people who have dealt with Airbnb disputes would be really appreciated. Thanks!`

That doesn't make this in any way related to the expat sub, though... I'm a teacher, but I'm not gonna go post a question about AirBnB on a teaching sub...

No one is trying to narc on you (pretty incorrect use of the word, btw). The entire point of posting in the right subs is to get the best responses possible. Sure, posting here you might get someone who can offer up help or advice on this, but you are infinitely more likely to find someone who can help in the AirBnB sub or in AirBnB customer service. It's just common sense.
