Horsey sauce tastes like melted plastic. It ruins everything it touches. This sandwich is infinitely better without it and for suggesting this travesty of condiments ever be consumed you are hereby banished for the next 14 lifetimes to a prison of your choosing (I'm not a total savage) where you will eat nothing but unseasoned, boiled chicken breasts and skim milk every day.

Yeah deep frying something that is already deep fried is generally not a good idea. It can easily get burned. Maybe use uncooked fries embedded in the batter with some of the turkey fry seasoning in it and then toss some more seasoning on top after it comes out? It kinda reminds me of a monte cristo from Bennigans.
I did something similar with some cool ranch flavored fried chicken. Some place near me made some fried chicken deep fried in cool ranch chips. It came out really bad so I remade it by deep frying it in some batter with the cool ranch seasoning and then tossing more seasoning on top when it came out.
