$1400 budget build (have some stuff put together)

It's been a while since I purchased a PC and have not kept up with hardware. I'm hoping I can get recommendations for my fiance who doens't game on anything harder than Phasmophobia or zoo tycoon, but I don't want something that will slow her down in case she does adobe photo editing or illustrator.
My budget for this build is $1400, but we already have the SSD & HDD and monitors. So basically we need everything case and inside.
I've seen some stuff on reddit already and online (but most of what was online seemed hinky? I don't really want a prebuilt that's not customizable later on). Any advice on maxing out 1080p for under $1400 would be greatly appreciated
Here's some lists I found that seem to work:

Up the mobo find a B850 cause the B650 is fine with the 9600x but if you start having issues you would need to update BIOs so the CPU can work properly so it’s your choice not sure if it’ll boot up once you start building it but I would up the Mobo
And 1 stick of ram can lead to problems as well if your gonna buy a single stick do it again and you’ll be straight afterwards

That's my bad, I thought I set 2x 16gb for 32gb.
