Help My monitor keeps saying “no signal” randomly and never turns back on

i need help please, ive been troubleshooting this for a week or more now, ive tried cleaning, reseating ram, reseating gpu, replacing cable for hdmi, using the integrated graphics, and still this error keeps happening, randomly could be 2 mins after powering on the pc, could be 10 hours from powering the pc, its totally random, ive been trying to troubleshoot this for a week or more now, and ive given up i need help

gpu and igpu both doing it makes the 1650 look innocent. i’d run memtest/occt next, then blame psu or windows before buying parts.

The fact that it still happens on integrated graphics is the biggest clue here. That makes me less suspicious of the GTX 1650 and more suspicious of Windows, RAM, motherboard, PSU, or even the monitor itself.

the monitor is fine, ive tested it with my laptop, but my best guess would also be the psu or the motherboard
