Go do a course or find a bricky as ask to join.
Don’t be fooled by the pay though it’s not great like they say online where you can earn £1000 a day. Yeah sure you can earn £1k a day but rarely, the rest of the time you’ve got to do the slower work.
Also work is drying up and you’ll have to travel a lot and quite far.

Basically need to be in or around london to make good money.

First get yourself onsite. Contact bricklayers, see if they want a labourer.
Then get on a course.

Try making an erection.

Brick by brick mate

Whether you're 23, 17, or 34, the course is available to anyone
EntirelyRandom1590@reddit
Sure, but the one job apprenticeship is harder when you're more expensive to employ.
lovemycat02@reddit
That’s why there’s an apprentice salary
EntirelyRandom1590@reddit
Only applies first year.

I know, but it at least reduces the burden on employers significantly for 1 year. The college courses for bricklaying are only 1-2 years so salary really shouldn’t be a huge barrier.
EntirelyRandom1590@reddit
2-3 years is the typical course. No way you're a qualified bricky in 1 year.

Start with a foundation course and then just build on top of that
Grumpyoldgit1958@reddit
Layer by layer should keep him on course !

It'll all start to come together

Your local college will hold bricklaying courses. Well done to wanting to better your own situation. A simple google should help, though I would suggest if there are other areas that spark your interest more, look into it and pursue that. Work will be more fulfilling if you have an interest in it and there are plenty of part time courses.

Place a brick on top of another brick
Repeat point 1.
strodey123@reddit
Go to college - sign up for a bricklaying NVQ - Lay bricks.
I did it for a couple of years in college, finished college right in 2008 just as they stopped building everything!
bishibashi@reddit
Start with a brickwork course

And build up.
NatureUnique1277@reddit
and then lay another one on top
Think_Money_6919@reddit
Think you just need to take a bricklaying course at your local college. They take literally anyone I’m sure

Just go to a construction site and start laying some bricks.
What are they going to do, fire you?
