How to stop spending money on drinks during office days?

I work in an office and at the start I was disciplined with my spending and eating out. I didn't spend anything on coffees/iced drinks but I began to feel the slump in the afternoon. I do try to take my lunch as late as possible but I get really hungry so I eat at 12:30pm but even then that is a wait because I get hungry at 10:30am ish. I also eat breakfast.

Anyways, I've been spending way too much on drinks at work. There's a few cafes on the same road so I just go there either after lunch or after work. My commute is like a 40 min drive so when I've had a particularly long/difficult day, I get a drink. They are like £4-5 each time and it quickly adds up as I get one each time I go into office. It feels unhealthy to just get a some chocolate or a bag of sweets which I've seen other office workers do and I prefer a drink.

Does anyone else have a bit of uncontrollable spending in this area? I find I'm spending around £100 a month on drinks in a month which is a lot and definitely not how it used to be. My office doesn't supply teas/coffee or milk and I do prefer an iced drink.

I know this is the cliche of the younger generation where if they stopped buying drinks and eating avocado they'd be able to afford a house.
