My tire is literally detached from my eb26. Like it’s fallen off, has this happened to people on a similar bike and how much would is cost to fix?

Without more info, it's anyones guess. Did you ride it when it was flat and it unseated off the rim? did it explode in a blaze of glory?

It was full of air. Maybe I rolled over something that popped it but I don’t remember doing that

Or you got a hole in the tube.
Check whether something is stuck in the tire. You can have a shop do it or do it on your own.

I’m gonna just wait until I’m paid and take it Saturday to have them fix it along with fixing my break handles and clean the rust off the chain

Alternative is to learn and maintain, because they will just replace that chain and charge you a hundred bucks for the pleasure

I'm gonna suggest you to learn how to take off the wheel and patch a tube. It will save you money and whatever one-digit price you'll pay for the patch kit will pay for itself by the first puncture.
