I might be assigning OP more credit than he deserves but isn't he making fun of things like this? I mean there's the famous Totally spies picture where half the "fetishes" are just them in different clothes (and who, in the history of the earth has ever had a trench coat fetish), and other "fetishes" like being buried in sand or being dehydrated which I have never heard of anyone having had as a fetish before
/co/ tends to ascribe a shit or fart fetish to the creator of every kids show when in reality it's just more likely that kids find farts funny and I assumed that's what OP was making fun of

Same way I feel about inflation in cartoons. Of course there’s the factor of kids seeing that and going “haha, he grows fat and it’s kinda funny”, I don’t exactly think of adults getting horny from seeing that at the time of the thing’s release in 1921 or something.

I would say furries too, but honestly nowadays some furries probably do work in the animation industry. But yeah, I think most cartoons are just trying to be funny and people insisting they're wank material should take a step back. Just because Bugs Bunny in a dress gives you a boner, it doesn't mean that's why they drew it, they drew it because it was supposed to be a joke
