BIOS optimization guide/help for Intel Core Ultra 7 265K + DDR5? (First time on Arrow Lake)

OK, so I just built a new rig with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K and a Z890 motherboard. For a while, I will be using a single-fan air cooler, so I really need some help managing the CPU power consumption and heat. Since this is a brand new architecture (Arrow Lake), I know it behaves a bit differently compared to older Intel generations.
I want to configure the BIOS properly to get the best performance, good temperatures, and lower latencies, but without breaking anything or risking system instability. I am not looking for extreme overclocking, just smart optimization.
Since I am not very experienced with BIOS settings, could you please tell me exactly where to click or which menus to open for these changes?
Can you help me understand exactly what settings I should touch for:
- CPU / Power Limits: Since I am on a single-fan air cooler, what specific power limits (PL1/PL2) should I set? Is there a safe undervolt approach (like a minor negative Vcore offset) to keep temperatures under control?
- RAM (DDR5): Obviously I will enable XMP. But I’ve heard Arrow Lake is very sensitive to RAM latency. Are there any safe, easy subtiming tweaks (like tREFI) or voltage limits I should look out for?
- Other essential toggles: Is Resizable BAR enabled by default on Z890? Anything else I need to turn on or off for a smooth Windows 11 experience?
For reference, my exact motherboard is MSI Z890 Gaming Plus Wifi and my RAM kit is Corsair 2x16gb 5600mhz CL36
Thanks in advance for any step-by-step advice or safe values you can share!
