I’m looking to build a new pc primarily for CS2, some grand strategy games like Stellaris and EU4, and some vr using a HP Reverb G2. My budget is around $1400–1600 but my birthday is coming up so imagine I could receive a few of the parts as gifts. The CPU, motherboard, and RAM are a bundle at my local microcenter.

Would love any thoughts and input, especially regarding the GPU, PSU with a mind for future upgrades, and best case fans for an X50! Thank you!
