I noticed the my RX 480 was having issues with heat, I repasted it and it improved a LOT… for a bit. Then it began to heat up again. I noticed the fan wasn’t spinning no matter what; so I ordered a new one and replaced it. Still nothing. DDU’d my drivers and reinstalled them. Still nothing. Any ideas?
