Cooling Setup Question For Ryzen 9800X3D In A Warm Room

I am close to finishing my 1440p gaming build and I am concerned about cooling because my room gets quite warm during summer. I want good temperatures during long sessions without too much noise.
Build specs
CPU Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU RTX 5080
Case Lian Li Lancool 216 mesh front
Planned cooler Noctua NH D15 with six case fans in a standard intake exhaust layout
Will this be sufficient for keeping things cool and quiet or should I go with a 360mm AIO instead? Any better fan configurations for warm environments?

Usually the problem is the computer making the room too warm for you rather than the room being too warm for the computer.
I live in Australia, and though I wouldn't be in the same room as it during 40-45 degree heatwaves, my computer would do perfectly fine while I certainly wouldn't.

The 9800x3d isn't very difficult to cool. I use a Scythe Fuma 3 and haven't had any problems on warm days here in CA. I had more issues with the GPU since I initially didn't have a case with good airflow (recently switched to a Fractal Pop 2 Air and now it's fine).

How hot is "quite warm"? The Thermalright Phantom Spirit performs similarly to the NH-D15 for a third the cost.

well the 9800x3d is pretty power efficient not using too much wattage and the NHD15 is pretty much as good as it gets in terms of air coolers so yeah Id say this is plenty even in a warm room
