Need some advise

I want to go to amd like the ryzen 7 9800x3d

And a 5070ti

My friend said i should buy the 9850 but i dont really think there is a lot of difrence i alsow want to keep what i can like my case fans and powersuply

He alsow said the 5080 is worth the price. I wanted the asus tuff version of thr 5070ti beceause it should have good cooling and less nois he send me a gigabyte 5080 that was 250 euro more but i think it wil make more noise. Alsow was thinking of corsair vengence cl30 6000 ram but dont know what to do for mother bord i want to spend like 2 k i can go over if there are good reasons

I play games like cyberpunk,guildwars2. Warhammer , battelfield...

I use a 1440p monitor

Can really use some advice aand what i need to look out for
