$850 Upgrade Budget, any suggestions?

I currently have an i5-13600KF paired with a 3060 and DDR4 16gb RAM. I bought my PC sometime Mid-November 2022 and I'm looking forward to upgrade now, any suggestions?

It really depends on what you're doing, but for the most common purposes, probably more RAM is what you want.

Tbh your CPU is solid, the 13600KF is not your bottleneck at all. I’d go 32 GB RAM first if you do any modern AAA or multitasking, then start saving for a GPU jump like 4070 Super or 7800 XT depending on your budget and monitor. Also make sure your PSU can handle the future card so you are not double spending later.

But, from what you listed, I would get a new 2x16GB kit of DDR4 plus the fastest GPU you can afford. Sell the old RAM.
