Can I use a kit to mod this bike to make it faster?

This is the bike I currently have, I was looking for replacements since this one is starting to fail on me, and I was told that with my current price range (600$ or lower) that buying an Amazon e bike that can push 35mph isn’t smart. What I wanna know is can I mod this bike with a kit, maybe bigger tires, and better brakes? If so, please recommend me some kits and parts.

The stronger the motor the weaker the range
Unfortunately a lot Of these 1500w bikes are only 500w motors or some other lie
Truth is They arent safe and are absolutely fire hazards

U can always buy a build a kit swap out the rear tire motor controller and maybe battery
