PC stuck in bios after new gpu upgrade

Ok.
This has been so stressful and even Microsoft can’t tell me what’s wrong, so I’m in need of assistance. I just upgraded my GPU from a 4060 ti to a 5070, and bitlocker locked my drives. I had previously not known of bitlocker before upgrading to windows 11 and therefore didn’t have a recovery key, so I reset my pc. After resetting I got windows on a usb and installed it. Now every time I turn the damn thing on it goes into bios. I’ve tried selecting my drive and usb for the boot location but it just goes back to bios. I’m thinking I need to reset it again and try reinstalling windows again because I have no other ideas but I don’t know how to do that from bios. Any suggestions?
PC Specs (idk how relevant these are but just in case)

If there’s any more info needed let me know

Ok I found the problem, the drive I installed windows on initially is frozen

This happened to me, and I keep seeing similar things being reported in Reddit, so I wonder if it is a Windows installer bug. I finally got my PC to boot normally again by re-flashing the BIOS - see if it works for you.

What is re-flashing?

It means getting the latest BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer’s website (the one for your exact motherboard), unzipping and copying it to FAT32 formatted USB, then going into the BIOS to update it.
A word of caution: backup your files before you do this, and once the update process begins, under no circumstances interrupt it. It’ll be all over in 5-10 minutes.
