If you were in charge of booking acts for a 250th anniversary celebration, who would you choose? Off the top of my head I'd go with Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Mariah Carey, the original cast of Hamilton, Taylor Swift, Benson Boone, Bruno Mars, Olivia Rodrigo, Bad Bunny and Ariana Grande. Who would you pick?

Too many modern - one of two, but you've got to look back too. You want someone like Carole King or James Taylor, and diversity of music as well. Nt everything should be pop - rock, country, r and b, rap, jazz, and American classical (Gershwin or Copland) etc. should be included!

Nobody. It doesn’t feel like we’re in a particularly celebratory place as a country right now
