We receive a lot of similar submissions from app developers, and it's hard to separate a call for beta testers or other types of feedback (asking people to suggest features, etc.) from market research or promotion, which are almost always prohibited. We can make a possible exception if the app is entirely non-commercial AND the user is a regular participant in the subreddit, but we see that you don't meet the second half of that requirement because you've never participated here before. In addition, the fact you describe the app as having a free basic version implies there's a full version that's not free, so the app isn't entirely non-commercial as needed for the first half of the requirement.
